With Project X, you can see what is happening every step of the way with three distinctive project views—each designed to present relevant information in an easy to read format.

The Resource View is the ultimate tool when it comes to finding information about your resources and understanding whether you are making full use of your resources or whether you need to reallocate resources for maximum efficiency. Here you can find information regarding their assigned tasks, activities, availability, calendar, costs, and allocation.

Use the Calendar View to see which resources, tasks, and activities you have planned on a day-to-day basis. Keep an eye on upcoming milestones, deadlines, holidays, or vacations.

The Track Progress View is an interactive report that tells you how many hours have been spent working on particular tasks and by whom-an indispensable tool to help you determine how efficiently the project and resources are being managed.

Get Key Information at a Glance

To make sure that you are always up-to-date with timely information regarding the status if your project, Project X Widgets appear instantly on the Dashboard-even when Project X is closed.

The View Submission Widget allows you to quickly view how many submissions your resources have submitted through the Project X Web App, who those resources are, and for which project. With this information, you can decide when is the best time for you to update the information-as the submissions come in or at a set time-the idea is that you work the way that works best for you!

With the Progress Bar Widget, you can see if you are ahead of schedule, on time, or falling behind on a project. A quick glance is all it takes to determine whether it's time to go grab a latte or spring into action.
