MARWARE, Inc. does not sell, trade, publish, share, or otherwise circulate any personal information reeived from customers. Only information necessary for processing orders is requested. the type of information requested on our order form and reasons for the request are given below:

Name & Shipping Address: required for package delivery.

Billing Address: required by our Merchant Services provider for credit card processing.

Phone Number: we use this to contact a customer in the event there is a problem with an order. Occasionally an order will have an error that will prevent its being processed in a timely manner. In this event, we will contact the customer or inform them of the problem.

Email Address: we send each customer a notification of shipment and tracking information once their order is shipped. You do not need to provide an email address if you do not wish to receive this information. However, please provide a phone number to ensure that we can alert you of any problems that may arise with your order.

Credit Card Number and Expiration Date: required for payment of orders.

Product, Quantity, & Shipment Method: these are self-explanatory.

Where did you hear of us?: we appreciate your letting us know how you heard of our company. It helps us understand which advertising vehicles are working for us and which are not.
